Goods delivery service
Choose the item you want from an online store in Europe, Japan or the USA, register on the BuyEU website, and you will receive one of our foreign warehouse addresses to use when placing your order. Once your parcel reaches our warehouse, we will forward it to your destination country. Delivery usually takes approximately 1–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Your parcels will be delivered to pick-up points or to the convenient location for you via DPD courier or the nearest DPD Pickup/Omniva terminal. You can use the BuyEU service not only to ship goods from different foreign e-shops, but also to ship shipments from individual. For example: You can use the BuyEU warehouse addresses provided to you, to ship goods from relatives or friends living in other European countries. Shipments are sent to our warehouses abroad, and we transport them to your destination country.
Advantages:
- Delivery from Germany, Spain, Poland, the UK, France, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Japan, Lithuania and the USA. Goods of any size can be delivered to our warehouses in these countries from online stores and even from neighboring markets that do not offer direct shipping to your destination country.
- Fast delivery. The parcels you receive from the online stores are shipped to your country every week and delivered within 1-8 working days.
- Safe, easy to use. Each user has logins to a system that provides the unique user number (ID) used to order the goods. Goods are insured throughout the trip until they reach your destination country. Parcels are entered into the system and the user can monitor the status changes in the account. The user is notified by e-mail of any change in status.
- Consolidation of parcels. The cost of the Parcel Assembly service is 1.49€. This amount is calculated from your second parcel onwards, for each shipment. Consolidation of shipments is not carried out between EU and third-country shipments. Shipments can be combined either in a foreign country or upon reaching distribution center. Shipments are not and cannot be stored in foreign warehouses. All shipments are dispatched with the next available shipment. Additionally, you have the option to wait for your shipments free of charge for 20 days. After this period, a storage fee is applied: 1 day – 1€. After placing and paying for an order, order modification is not allowed: no additional shipments can be added, orders cannot be split, or otherwise modified.
- Delivery cost. Shipping via our parcel forwarding platform will save you a lot. We can offer you a better price than the online store of your choice.
- Product price, exclusivity and quality. You will buy the goods cheaper due to a high competition and high supply of manufacturers goods, quality original goods are significantly cheaper. You will also be able to choose and purchase goods that are not available in your country.
