Return of goods

Goods return/shipping service (to Germany, Poland, Latvia, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic)

IMPORTANT: We do NOT make returns to UK, Japan, USA and China.

If the purchased goods are not suitable for you (wrong size, color, quality) we will return the purchased goods to the shipper/seller.

PirkEU offers not only the possibility of returning goods, but also the service of sending goods to Germany, Poland, Latvia, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic.

Benefits for you:

You will be able to use free returns provided by sellers from Germany, Poland and Latvia warehouses. If the seller has not provided a free return, it will be shipped at the rates specified by the German, Polish and Latvian Shipping Services ;

If return is not free, the following information must be provided on the consignment:

Customer BuyEU ID
The country to which the shipment is being returned

If the seller provides a free return sticker (only valid in Poland, Germany, Latvia), you will have to pay only for shipping from Lithuania to abroad country.

You can hand over the returned parcel at the collection points in Vilnius or Kaunas.

If you want the goods returned to Germany to leave the same week, they must be delivered to the collection point in Vilnius by Tuesday and to the collection point in Kaunas by Thursday. Shipments for return to Latvia/Poland are sent every working day.

If you are sending your return to us by courier, please use the following address: UAB Pigu Perku Group, Europos pr. 96, LT-45234 Kaunas. If you have a free return sticker, please put it inside the parcel and indicate on the parcel that the sticker is inside.

If you use the paid return service, the same rules apply and you can provide the return information when you place your order for collection after the parcel has been assigned to your name.

Parcels are only released for return after payment. You can pay for the refund in your Pirkeu.lt account under "Returns".

The maximum dimensions of a paid return shipment are 60x40x40. If the dimensions are larger than this, it is necessary to contact customer service for a refund rate.

There is no limit on the dimensions for free returns.

Please note that the weight of returned parcels should not exceed 30kg.
