Delivery prices

* FOR INDIVIDUALS 0% VAT rate is applied in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on VAT. 7, so prices are exclusive of VAT. FOR LEGAL ENTITIES - the exemption does not apply, therefore 21% VAT will be added to the indicated prices. 

• Shipment insurance

   5,00 Eur - for shipments with a value of up to 100,00 Eur.
  
  
  10,00 Eur - for shipments with a value of up to 500,00 Eur.
  
  
  15,00 Eur - for shipments with a value of up to 1000,00 Eur.
• Picking up of shipments from German DHL terminal
  
  If shipment is left at the German DHL pick-up terminal, the pick-up price from the terminal is 10,00 Eur for each shipment. Pickups are available ONLY from this terminal (DHL Filiale Dr. Wilhelm-Külz-Straße 14, 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin).
• Shipments from UK
  • A 21% VAT import tax applies to all shipments, calculated based on the total shipment value, including all related costs.
  • Shipments from UK are applied to an administration fee:
    Shipment value from 0,00 Eur to 150,00 Eur – 8,99 Eur;
  • Parcels exceeding 150 EUR will not be transported temporarily;
  • Goods that are prohibited (clause 2.4 of the rules), will not be transported, for which you will have to pay a fee for acceptance and return to the seller (which will depend on the dimensions and weight of the shipment).
• Shipments from Japan
  • A 21% VAT import tax applies to all shipments, calculated based on the total shipment value, including all related costs.
  • Shipments from Japan are applied to an administration fee:
    Shipment value from 0,00 Eur to 150,00 Eur – 8,99 Eur.
    Shipment value from 150,00 Eur and more – 29,99 Eur.
    PirkEU packaging fee  – 1,45 Eur.
  • Shipments from Japan are calculated by volumetric weight (length*width*height / 5000 = volumetric weight). Weight or volumetric weight, which is higher, is taken, and the final price is calculated based on that.
  • The maximum size and weight of shipments from Japan is 50x50x60 cm and 30 kg.
  • Shipments from Japan with integraded lithium batteries applies an additional charge - 10,00 Eur.
• Non-standard packaging 
  
  If the total length of the sides shall be equal or more than 180 cm, or one side is equal or longer than 120 cm -> the weight coefficient 1,3 shall be applied. If the total length of the sides shall be equal or more than 300 cm,  or one side is equal or longer than 200 cm  -> the weight coefficient 1,5 shall be applied. For example: if a parcel measures 100x100x10 and weighs 30 kg -> it will be charged as a 39 kg parcel.
• Storage conditions
  
  Customer parcels received at the BuyEU warehouse are stored free of charge for 20 calendar days from the moment when shipment status changes to "Shipment at the distribution center, ready for dispatch/collection". At the end of this period, a storage fee of 1,00 Eur per day shall be charged for each parcel. 
• Completion fee
  
  Parcels‘ completion fee – 0,99 Eur. Applied for each additional parcel from the same country.
• Discounts
  
  For regular customers who ship from 100 kg per month or more. Contact our customer service for a discount.
• Additional services in POLAND
  • The parcel collection service is provided from the INPOST parcel locker located at Bakałarzewska 90, Suwałki, 16-400.
    The parcel locker name is Moya Paczkomat SUW06N.
    The collection fee is 3 EUR.
  • The recipient must send the parcel collection details (tracking number, PIN code, indicated phone number, and address) by email to info@pirkeu.lt
    Parcel collection is carried out on the next business day after the required information is submitted by email.
• Additional services in the CZECH REPUBLIC
  • Pickup from Zásilkovna pickup point in Staňkov.
    Pick-up from this Zásilkovna pickup point in Staňkov is FREE.
    It is NECESSARY to provide the telephone number of our Czech warehouse (you will find it in the address section of the warehouse). It is NOT possible to pick up from pickup points in OTHER CITIES.
• Additional services in the LITHUANIA
  • Collection of parcels from the parcel terminals. The price of picking up from a parcel terminals is 3,00 EUR. Parcel collection is possible ONLY from the following parcel terminals:
    DPD - Veiverių g. 146, 46354, Kaunas (Lidl).
    LP EXPRESS - Veiverių g. 146, 46354, Kaunas (Lidl).
    VENIPAK - Veiverių g. 146, 46354, Kaunas (Lidl).
• Additional services in ITALY
  • We can collect packages from the nearest collection point for an additional fee.
    Distance from the warehouse up to 2,5 km - price 5,00 Eur.
    Distance from the warehouse up to 5 km - price 10,00 Eur.
    Distance from the warehouse up to 10 km (max) - price 20,00 Eur.

• Shipments from the USA
  • A 21% VAT import tax applies to all shipments, calculated based on the total shipment value, including all related costs.
  • Shipments from USA are applied to an administration fee:
    Shipment value from 0,00 Eur to 150,00 Eur – 8,99 Eur.
    Shipment value from 150,00 Eur and more – 29,99 Eur.
    PirkEU packaging fee  – 2 Eur.
  • For orders over €150, depending on the category of goods, customs duty may apply.
  • For shipments from the USA, the volumetric weight is calculated (length*width*height / 5000 = volumetric weight). The weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher, is used to calculate the final price.
  • The maximum size and weight of parcels from the USA by air must not exceed the following dimensions: 72 x 48 x 40 cm and 100kg.
